Enhancing Skills for Effective Law Enforcement

On September 16-17, 2023, a significant two-day training session was conducted in Moldova, aimed at empowering Ukrainian customs and law enforcement personnel. This initiative was facilitated by experts from the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) in collaboration with the European Union Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM). The training focused on Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), equipping participants with essential skills to effectively gather and analyze information from publicly available sources.
