For example, individuals caught in possession of prohibited vape products can incur fines of up to SGD 2,000 for first-time offences and up to SGD 10,000 for repeat offenders. The crackdown is comprehensive, aiming not only to penalize offenders but also to educate the public about the risks associated with vaping.
